Client: Coca-Cola /// Campaign: Khmer New Year

Khmer New year is one of the most important Celebrations in the Cambodian Calendar. It is a chance for all Khmers to return to their homeland to reconnect with family and friends and bring in the new year. But many young Cambodians have become distracted by social media so this reconnection can be interrupted. Tradionally the most anticipated part of the celebrations is when they share a feast with their families. We reimagined this gathering that is normally only shared with immediate family members and showed what would happen if the whole of the country put down their phones and came together to share food, fun and some Coke.

Among other initiatives we also worked with three young and up and coming Khmer artists to each create a limited edition Coke can design inspired by what Khmer New Year means to them.
